FRONT PANEL-I wanted my Digipak to match my Music Video and Website and therefore I stuck with the dark/religious theme. The front panel was inspired by an Image on the panle of a Nine Inch Nails Digipak as you can see below. It shows a close up of the aritists face being sort of pulled apart/fading away. We took a close up shot of my page and applied a similar effect on photoshop, however with an orage/black look, this mtahes our music video with the orange flashes and black theme. It also matches the narrative that my character sould is being takied away or he is fading away. The font I used challended the stereotypical fonts used on the digipaks in my genre, I used a unique font unlike simple fonts typically used on digipak's, however it is still clear and sharp.I took to photoshop and added a gravestone grey type colour, which fits in with the death in our video, along with the graveyard/church scenes, I tinted this with a red colour showing connotations of blood and death. As you can see the front panel also contains the parental advisory sticker which is almost always used on every digipak I looked at.

BACK PANEL - for the back panel I again used a close up of my face in a faded fashion to match the front panel, however this time in black, on the faded dark side I included all the track on the album with titles that fit my genre and concerded the artist I was trying to portray and the types of lyrics and tracks they would produce, for example 'demon assassin', 'live and bleed' ect. I also included the standard barcode, and a record label that would best suit my artist, we chose RoadRunner records which also has signed artists such as SlipKnot and FearFactory and is a well know label in the UK and overseas. In addition the legal/copyright information is printed at the bottom of the panel.

INSIDE LEFT - My first panel on the inside I included information about who was involved in the making of the album, this was a convention of the digipak's I looed at.I kept the font a simple white colour in all caplitals to display each name clearly, to make it visully instersitng I included another image which is also common in all the digipak's, It was an long shot from a low angle, again showing the 'star image'.

INSIDE RIGHT- For the disc panel I made it very simple as you would expect, I used the same cross that appeared in my other two products, I edited the image to make it clearer and give it a shine. I used an all black backround to match the other panels.

OVERVIEW- My digipak as a whole follows most of the conventions of the digipak's in my genre, I kept is simple in some areas however made the front cover stand out the the audience. The digipak fits my genre very well and also matches my other products.
